Plastic part manufacturing has been an important part of Peilituote company as we have manufactured parts for our own products for more than 20 years. But now as part of Rinotop group we can offer more:

The main business of Rinotop Oy is contract manufacturing of technical plastic parts. Our field is in the medical, military and other technical parts such as valves, housings, engine parts, etc. We have capacity from 25tn to 550tn machines up to 1860g part and with the help of our network we can provide a capacity of 1080tn up to 5250g part.

Mould shop – manufacturing and service

Rinotop has own mould shop in house where we can manufacture, repair and service molds. In house we have also Laser welding service.

We can import moulds from low cost countries with our own direct contacts to the area.

Support for product designing

From us you can have strong support for plastic part designing so that design is optimized for molding process without forgetting the functionality and the customer demands of the product.
