Individual mirrors

If you want completely new mirror design with your own specifications, we can arrange it!

We manufacture 100% of the parts for our own products and also manufacture and design mirrors and related parts for vehicle manufacturers. We can offer you a complete new product with a turnkey principle.

For example:

You can send us a design proposal in 3D geometry and go through the technical design together. To ensure that all technical demands are fulfilled we can work together with your specialists. 3D-printed models and simulations can be used to examine the result and used for necessary testing before manufacturing the tooling itself. We can operate together with our trusted partners at mold workshops to give you the best cost tooling. All the tools are made in Finland and manufactured under NDA!

Together with the knowledge of mirrors, plastics and manufacturing at Peilituote and with the help of the latest CAD software we can ensure you will receive a perfect result, fully designed to meet your demands and European legislation.

You can have the mirror equipped with our own manufactured silvered mirror glass which has excellent reflection ratio of >90% or with a chromed polycarbonate lens if you wish.

All this can, of course, be carried out under an NDA.
